Our mission? Elevate more women into positions of power across the blockchain ecosystem, and to ensure they execute at the highest levels once they get there. We empower the female leaders within our community to reach new heights in their career and pull deserving women up with them as they go.

Our members become part of a highly curated community. From monthly mentorship meetings to tactical working sessions, use case and technical deep-dives, we provide a platform for both professional and personal growth. We routinely host guest speakers from the industry's top echelons to grow our networks with the most impactful contacts.



Most importantly, we believe in the power of relationships. People are more likely to offer help to others they know, like and trust. Our main goal as an organization is to build meaningful relationships amongst our members. In doing so, we’re creating a powerful network of highly connected female executives from across the industry that can actively support one another. Relationship building is most effective in-person, and as a result we focus on facilitating IRL events and activations as often as possible. Our first-ever Women’s Collective Conference is being planned for September, 2023!
